Ubuntu Linux 6.10 Desktop i386, with hpijs printer driver + LPD

OS: Ubuntu, kernel 2.6.17-11-generic
Printer: HP Business Inkjet 1000
Click "System" -> "Administration" -> "Printing", then following "Printers" window shall appeared:

Click "Printer" -> "Add Printer" in the window menu, "Add a Printer";
Choose "Network Printer" -> "UNIX Printer (LPD);
Enter Disk Station IP Number & "usbprinter" in Queue:

Choose the appropiate printer driver:

(Optional) Enter the Name, Description & Location, then click "Apply":

A new printer appeared, try to print a test page in the new printer "Properties":
